Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your ORVÁ subscription at any time. To cancel, simply log in to your account and manage your subscription, or contact us at hello@puroorva.com and we'll process your cancellation promptly.

Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled billing date — you will not be charged for future shipments once cancelled. Any order already processed or shipped prior to cancellation will not be refunded, but no further payments will be taken.
