3. Products

We take care to display our products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:

Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen display settings or natural batch variation in formulas.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update formulas at any time without prior notice.

All products are intended for personal use. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the full ingredient list before purchasing, and consult a dermatologist if unsure.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund issued.

Products marked "Sold Out" are not available for purchase until restocked.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues).

Payment is processed securely at checkout via [your payment provider, e.g. Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal]. We do not store your full payment card details.

You confirm that all information provided at checkout (billing, shipping, contact details) is accurate and complete.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and costs are outlined in our [Shipping Policy]. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy]. Please review it before purchasing, as our products are subject to specific hygiene-related return restrictions as a cosmetics brand.
